alrighty im back people!!

im finally in the right state of mind to lose weight the HEALTHY WAY! now im having knee problems. it is NOT due to my weight but im sure it isn’t helping the matter.

now this is the important part…i am NOT keeping this blog. i am going to connect my weight loss with my normal blog (http://alluslosers.tumblr.com) because i want to one not lose track of my normal life and two i think it will help keep me in the normal state of mind.

i am going to do the atkins diet to help me keep my carbs down as well.

well i’ve made up my mind

i’m going to keep this blog however im going to log out of it. because everytime i come on here i feel horrible about myself. so im going to make a blog for fun everyday stuff. another advantage of not deleting this blog is when im ready to start my weight loss again it will always be here waiting for me :D so good bye for now my lovely followers.
